We are a research laboratory studying host-parasite interactions with an evolutionary slant. Our work combines the study of immune responses, the genomic regions and genes that underlie susceptibility and, ultimately, evolutionary dynamics in the field. Our study system is the crustacean Daphnia and its bacterial microparasites
