Contact Dr Paul Taylor for details. * As well as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and conventional transmission electron microscopy (TEM), we now have a cryo-electron microscope (cryo-EM) facility capable of rapid, high resolution data collection of single macromolecules in their native hydrated state.
